Popcorn Hour A-200
Så er der en ny Popcorn Hour på trapperne. Modellen hedder A-200 og er en “let” udgave af Popcorn Hour C-200. Her kan du se dens specifikationer og en direkte sammenligning af den og Popcorn Hour A-110 samt C-200.
Herunder ses en sammenligning af Popcorn Hour C-200, A-200 og A-110. A-200 har den samme processor som C-200, nemlig en Sigma Designs SMP 8643 på 667 MHz, som er både nyere og kraftigere end SMP8635-chippen som A-110′eren er født med. Endvidere har den også 512MB DDR2 DRAM og 256MB flashhukommelse, hvor Popcorn Hour A-110 “kun” har 356 DRAM og en flashhukommelse på 64 MB. Altså må man kunne forvente en noget hurtigere ydelse, som uden tvivl falder et tørt sted.
Popcorn Hour A-200 har den samme processor, samme antal ram, osv. som Popcorn Hour C-200. Så har man ingen planer om at bruge sin Popcorn Hour som en dedikeret BluRay-afspiller og kommer man ikke til at savne et display, en RF fjernbetjening eller færre USB-indgange, er A-200 det perfekte valg!
Syabas starter salget af Popcorn Hour A-200, mandag den 18. januar. Det forventes at den kort tid efter, vil være at finde i diverse danske webshops. Prisen vil være den samme som Popcorn Hour A-110 inden den blev udfaset og til sidst udgik.
